Purplegrass has worked with the fundraising team at Temple St on a number of key strategic projects, including the development of a new corporate fundraising strategy, the recruitment of new team members and the development and implementation of a new team structure. More recently we have worked with the CEO and the leadership team on the development of a new three year strategy.
